I am an anomaly in the world of web development and web design. It’s not design or development that get me inspired, per se. It’s the processes. It’s the people. It’s delivering results. It’s hitting the brief.

One of the big changes in Drupal 7 was to create another abstraction layer above nodes, users, etc. This abstraction layer allows one to access all of the various components as "entities". In Drupal 6, I always felt the push to make everything be a node, so this abstraction layer solves that problem--just treat everything as an entity and don't force the node issue.

What is a bounce rate? In layman's terms, a bounce rate is a measurement of whether visitors who arrive at your website actually stay to look around or whether they instantly hit the back button as soon as they get there.

As a business, we don't work much with social media (nor do we want to as that's not our bag -- we prefer developing websites that sell information online). However, we recognize that social media is a big part of internet marketing, and we use it to promote some of our own initiatives, as do many of our clients/peers/friends.

As you probably know, we have a lot of irons in the fire. In addition to the web projects that we do for our clients, we run our own web projects, like selling online training material and subscriptions to membership websites in a wide variety of niches.

Don't get me wrong, E-Junkie works great when tax is not collected on a sale. However, introducing tax into the equation changes the way the cart system behaves.
